RISE Privacy Policy

RISE is a real estate deal analysis app published by Revolution Realty Capital, LLC ("RevCap", "we", "us", or "our"). This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide

• Deal inputs: Purchase price, rehab budget, ARV, loan terms, and other financial figures you enter for deal analysis. These are stored locally on your device only.
• Saved deals: Deal name, tags, and notes you assign when saving a deal. Stored locally on your device only.
• Callback requests: If you tap "Request Callback," we collect the information you provide (name, phone, email, deal details) and send it to our team via a secure webhook.

Information collected automatically

• Expo/crash analytics: Basic device info and crash reports may be collected by the Expo framework to help us fix bugs. This does not include your deal data.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To perform deal calculations and display results on your device.
• To save and retrieve your deals locally so they persist between sessions.
• To process callback requests when you voluntarily submit them.
• To pre-fill our financing quote form when you tap "Get Financing Terms."

3. Data Storage and Security

All deal data is stored locally on your device using SQLite. We do not upload, sync, or store your deal data on any server. If you delete the app, your saved deals are permanently deleted.

Callback requests are transmitted over HTTPS to our secure webhook endpoint.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share data only in these cases:

• When you voluntarily request a callback or financing terms, your submitted information is shared with the RevCap team.
• When you use the Share feature, you control what is shared and with whom via your device's native share sheet.

5. Third-Party Services

The app may link to external websites, including our financing quote form. These sites have their own privacy policies. We encourage you to review them.

6. Children's Privacy

RISE is not intended for use by anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

7. Your Rights

Since your deal data is stored only on your device, you have full control over it. You can delete individual deals within the app or delete all data by uninstalling the app.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect any changes.
